1. Stop the War Racket; Demilitarize the World!

Target: The World Community, UN General Assembly, International Criminal Court, International Court of Justice, All Similar Judicial Bodies

Created by: Harry Saloor, and Members of Creating A Sustainable Future (CASF)

The weapons industry led by the so-called Military-Industrial Complex in the United States and the “Big Money” racketeers that own or control them are the largest and the most powerful terrorist organization in the world. In the last two generations alone, their nefarious weapons have killed more people than were ever slaughtered in the previous 5,700 years.Their merchandises of doom continue to kill, maim or inflict permanent psychological scars upon tens of millions of human beings each year.

The production and deployment of their weapons poisons our fragile biosphere and claims millions more who fall victim each year to cancer and other fatal, incurable diseases, or mysterious illnesses, by ingesting food, drinking water, or breathing air contaminated with the toxic effects.

To maximize profit, the racketeers rely on their international network of trained agents, infiltrators and agitators to create conflicts and spread fear everywhere.

False flag operations, planning and executing acts of mass terrorism that are then blamed on the third parties, have proven an effective tactic, now modus operandi for starting wars. In the United States, corrupt politicians ensure that 51 percent of the federal budget goes to the war racketeers, instead of education, health and welfare of the citizens. With less than 5 percent of the world population, United States accounts for more than 50 percent of world’s total military spending.

The insanity of the merchants of mass murder and their war technicians, corrupt politicians and instruments of malevolence, are exemplified in the false-flag pretext for the so-called ‘war on terror,’ the subsequent invasion, destruction and rape of Iraq and genocide of Iraqis. The ongoing Iraqi holocaust has claimed hundreds of thousands of lives since 2003. Many more Iraqis, brainwashed US servicepersons, misguided British soldiers and other members of the so-called ‘Coalition of the Wiling’ incur serious injuries, or carry permanent physical or psychological scars. The mounting death and injury toll is diabolic.

To stop the war racketeers profiting from wars and void their ‘license to mass murder,’ we the undersigned call on all parents, writers, poets, artists, farmers, workers, academics, professionals and all other concerned individuals to rise up and take a stand against the insanity of forced militarism.

Take control of your destiny. Help bring about an end to the manufacture and sales of weapons in your country. Redirect your national income from R & D, manufacture and purchase of weapons to provide food, shelter, health, education and harmony for all.

We call on all legislators, judges, magistrates and prosecutors globally to prosecute proactively the shareholders, executives and employees of the arms industry, their researchers, advisors, agents and corrupt politicians [collectively referred to as the ‘Merchants of Mass Murder’] for selling arms, facilitating wars and committing crimes against humanity and aggression against Earth.

We call on the United Nations General Assembly, International Criminal Court (ICC), International Court of Justice (ICJ) and all other international judicial bodies responsible for protecting humanity to establish international criminal tribunals to prosecute the Merchants of Mass Murder for the crime of genocide, crimes against humanity and aggression against Earth. [See Exhibits A – L below for partial lists of the Merchants of Mass Murder.]

Finally, we demand Merchants of Mass Murder dismantle their nefarious war machine immediately and stop the ecocide of our planet and genocide of the peoples.

2. Stop Genocide against the Native peoples in Canada!

HIDDEN FROM HISTORY: The Canadian Holocaust

Since 1890, Canadian authorities, the judiciary, doctors and the police along with the Roman Catholic, Anglican, Presbyterian and United Church of Canada implemented a policy of genocide against the native population. They have perpetrated murder, land theft, mass sterilizations, medical experiments, and sexual terrorism on native people across Canada.

Government documents and eyewitnesses confirm that over 50,000 children died in the “residential schools” run by these churches until 1984, or more than 50% of the inmates of these facilities. The history of purposeful genocide implicates every level of government in Canada, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), every mainstream church, large corporations and local police, doctors and judges.

The web of complicity in this killing machine was, and remains, so vast that its concealment has required an equally elaborate campaign of cover-up that has been engineered at the highest levels of power in Canada; a cover-up that is continuing, especially now that eyewitnesses to murders and atrocities at the church-run native residential “schools” have come forward for the first time.

These 50,000 victims have vanished, as have their corpses. They were innocent children, and they were killed by beatings and torture and after being deliberately exposed to tuberculosis and other diseases by paid employees of the churches and government, according to a “Final Solution” master plan devised by the Department of Indian Affairs and the Catholic and Protestant churches.

With such official consent for manslaughter emanating from Ottawa, the churches responsible for annihilating natives on the ground felt emboldened and protected enough to declare full-scale war on non-Christian native peoples through the 20th century. The casualties of that war were not only the 50,000 dead children of the residential schools, but the survivors, whose social condition today has been described by United Nations human rights groups as that of “a colonized people barely on the edge of survival, with all the trappings of a third-world society”.

The sheer brutality of the harm regularly inflicted on children in the schools attest to the institutional view of natives as “expendable” and “diseased” beings. Scores of survivors of 10 different residential schools in BC and Ontario have described under oath the following tortures inflicted on them and other children as young as five years old between the years 1922 and 1984:

  • Tightening fish twine and wire around boys’ penises
  • Sticking needles into their hands, cheeks, tongues, ears and penises
  • Holding them over open graves and threatening to bury them alive
  • Forcing them to eat maggot-filled and regurgitated food
  • Telling them their parents were dead and that they were about to be killed
  • Stripping them naked in front of the assembled school and verbally and Sexually degrading them
  • Forcing them to stand upright for more than 12 hours at a time until they collapsed
  • Immersing them in ice water
  • Forcing them to sleep outside in winter
  • Ripping the hair from their heads
  • Repeatedly smashing their heads against concrete or wooden surfaces
  • Daily beating without warning, using whips, sticks, horse harnesses studded metal straps, pool cues and iron pipes
  • Extracting teeth from their mouths without painkillers
  • Confining them in unventilated closets without food or water for days
  • Regularly applying electric shocks to their heads, genitals and limbs

Perhaps the clearest summary of the nature and purpose of such sadism are the words of Bill Seward of Nanaimo, a survivor of the Kuper Island school: “The church people were worshipping the devil, not us. They wanted the gold, the coal, the land we occupied. So they terrorized us into giving it to them. How does a man who was raped every day when he was seven make anything out of his life? The residential schools were set up to destroy our lives, and they succeeded. The whites were terrorists, pure and simple.”CASF urges all conscientious individuals throughout the world to boycott Canada, Canadian products and Canadian athletes in Beijing 2008 and all future sporting events until the Canadians
1. Acknowledge and apologize for the genocide that they inflicted on millions of native men, women and children who were deliberately exterminated for their lands.
2. Bring the perpetrators to justice.
3. Restore the stolen lands and resources to native peoples.
4. Afford adequate compensation for the evil deeds they have been perpetrating against the native peoples.

The above text is based on the report, “Hidden From History: The Canadian Holocaust – The Untold Story of the Genocide of Aboriginal Peoples by Church and State in Canada – A Summary of an Ongoing, Independent Inquiry into Canadian Native ‘Residential Schools’ and their Legacy”, by Rev. Kevin D. Annett, MA, MDiv. The report was published by The Truth Commission into Genocide in Canada, a public investigative body continuing the work of previous Tribunals into native residential schools: The Justice in the Valley Coalition’s Inquiry into Crimes Against Aboriginal People, convened in Port Alberni, British Columbia, on December 9, 1994, and The International Human Rights Association of American Minorities Tribunal into Canadian Residential Schools, held in Vancouver from June 12-14, 1998. 3. A Call to Boycott Westpac Banking Corporation!

Target:
The Directors and Major Shareholders, Westpac Banking Corporation (New Zealand division)
Created by:
Harry Saloor, The Management School of Restorative Business
Summary:
The Bank of New South Wales, later Westpac Banking Corporation, opened 7 branches in New Zealand in 1861, which facilitated and was enormously enriched by the theft of Maori land, gold and all other resources. MSRB is calling on world citizens and ethical investors to boycott Westpac New Zealand until such time the bank and their major shareholders have compensated Maori, as well as other deprived New Zealanders.
Full Text:
Maori owned 66,400,000 acres of land in 1840. Maori population stood at about 250,000. Two generations later, by 1891, the Maori Land was reduced to one sixth of the original holding (11,079,486 Acres) and so was Maori population, decimated by Pakeha (white Europeans) to 42,000.

The Bank of New South Wales, later Westpac Banking Corporation, opened 7 branches in New Zealand in 1861, which facilitated and was enormously enriched by the theft of Maori land, gold and all other resources. Westpac is now New Zealand’s largest bank, with 30,000 shareholders. Apply Pareto’s Principle, the 80/20 rule, and the number of major shareholders who own more than 80 percent of the wealth in NZ falls below 6,000.

Surely such grand larceny of unimaginable proportions cannot and must not be allowed to stand. The flow of wealth must be reversed, and Maori grievances must be redressed. But how do you compensate a People for the pillage, rape and murder of nearly one quarter of a million of their nation? How would you determine the value of a single human life? What compensation could you possibly offer to a People who have been victimized and subjected to more than one and a half century of murder, repression, injustice and dispossession?

Nothing can fully compensate for the loss of a loved one, let alone a quarter of a million loved ones. You can never undo the atrocities of the militarized foreign aggressors perpetrated against Maori, or world’s other indigenous Peoples. However, there are measures that can and must be taken to redress at least some of their grievances. MSRB is calling on world citizens, all smart, ethical investors, foreign and domestic, and New Zealanders with a social conscience to boycott Westpac New Zealand until such time the bank and their major shareholders have compensated Maori and other deprived New Zealanders as follows:

1. Return to Maori the 66,400,000 acres of land that they possessed in 1840.

2. Transfer to Maori as a means of reparation forty percent (40%) of the money and all other assets held by Westpac New Zealand and their major shareholders.

3. Create a substantial fund comprising of at least forty percent (40%) of the money and all other assets held by Westpac New Zealand and their major shareholders to help alleviate the widespread suffering among the deprived New Zealand children and their families, which is created by the minority greed, and predatory banking practices.Notes:

http://www.crin.org/docs/resources/treaties/crc.14/NZ_Long_NGO_Report.pdf

1. Poverty Measurement Project (1995), conducted by reputable academics and researchers, found that 32.6 percent of children [and by extension their families] in New Zealand live below a poverty threshold of 60 percent of the median disposable income.

2. The incidence of poverty is more than two and a half times greater among Maori [however] than it is among Pakeha families.
